   Choose how many pieces you need. You'll see an estimated price range straight away, based on the same tiers we quote from.

   Send an Inquiry

   Send it over with your artwork attached. We reply within 2 business hours with an exact quote once we've seen the file and confirmed ink colors.

4. 04

   Proof, Then Print

   You approve a digital proof before anything touches the press. 7–10 business days from approval, rush available, quality-checked by hand.

What we print on

Every blank we carry is 100% cotton or cotton-dominant. We avoid high-polyester fabrics: they shed microplastics and hold ink worse.

Every order, without exception, gets a digital proof sent to you for approval before we touch the press. You'll see exactly how your artwork sits on the garment, the colors, and the placement. We don't start production until you sign off.

Common questions

What is the minimum order quantity for custom screen printing?

Our minimum order is 12 pieces per design. This applies to t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks. For smaller quantities, email us. We may be able to accommodate requests under 12 pieces for an additional fee.

How long does custom screen printing take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available at a 1.25× rate. Production doesn't begin until you approve a digital proof, which we send within 2 business hours of order submission.

What file formats do you accept for screen printing artwork?

We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PNG, PSD, and SVG files. Vector formats (PDF, AI, SVG) are preferred for the sharpest results. If your file isn't print-ready, our team offers artwork cleanup and vectorization starting at $50.

How much does custom screen printing cost?

Pricing depends on the garment, number of print locations, and quantity. A single-color front print on a Gildan tee runs approximately $14/ea at 12 pieces, $11/ea at 24 pieces, and as low as $9/ea at 288+. Volume discounts apply automatically. Do you ship orders outside New Hampshire?

Yes, we ship nationwide across the United States. Our shop is based in New Hampshire but we regularly ship to customers in all 50 states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Do you offer rush screen printing?

Yes. Rush orders are available with a 3–5 business day turnaround at a 1.25× surcharge on the base price. Select the rush option in the configurator or mention it in your order inquiry email.

Can you help design my artwork?

Yes, our in-house design team offers four tiers: File Prep ($45, same day), Artwork Cleanup ($65, 1–2 days), Brand Design ($125, 3–5 days), and Full Brand Package ($250+, 5–7 days). Higher-tier packages include full commercial licensing so your design works on posters, stickers, packaging, signage, and merchandise, not just shirts.
